Shipping policy

Shipping costs are included in the price of the product. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless noted on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Zamana is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
